Martin Lüdemann is a Founding Partner of Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann und Partner, Beratende Wirtschaftspsychologen in Darmstadt, Germany, where he is responsible for the Organisational Development, Coaching and Training.
The main part of his business is comprised of team, group and individual coaching, large group interventions and facilitation of workshops. Additionally he has implemented training measures for specific target groups in the field of negotiation, conflict management, communication, leadership and customer orientation.
Before founding the partnership, he worked for several years as a consultant with Lufthansa Consulting in Cologne. This was followed by freelance work as a consultant for Braas Dachsysteme and Infotec Bauconsult. Martin has undertaken extensive training in various intervention techniques, for example, group dynamics, systemic consulting, large group facilitation and supervision. He graduated in Occupational, Business and Organisational Psychology and Marketing from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
Martin works with The Management Standards Consultancy Ltd to facilitate innovative workshops and large-scale participation events.
He is a member of the Bund Deutscher Psychologen (BDP), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Supervision (DGSV), and MOSAICO, the European Multidisciplinary Association for Learning.
