Trevor Boutall, Principal Consultant of The Management Standards Consultancy, was invited by the British Council to address the conference Management Competencies for Effective Management Development in Moscow on 13 May 2005. This international conference was part of the Delphi Project Phase II which supports the design, delivery and assessment of innovative forms of management training and development to meet the needs of a new generation of Russian managers.
