During 2009-10, The Management Standards Consultancy's Rebecca Freeman led a project on behalf of Government Skills to develop National Occupational Standards (NOS) for those working in Government Contact Centres.
The Functional Map of Government Contact Centres has now been approved and the National Occupational Standards are now available from the UK Standards Directory.
