In March 2007, The Management Standards Consultancy completed Phase 4 of an eighteen month project working with stakeholders across the UK to develop a strategy for management and leadership development up to the year 2020. A summary of this work, carried out on behalf of Management Standards Centre can be found in the Final Project Report. The key success of this project was to get a very high level of support (over 85%) for our Vision for management and leadership learning and qualifications in the year 2020 and the principles that stakeholders must adhere to, if this vision is to be achieved.
Further work will be carried out in 2007-8 by the Management Standards Centre to implement the strategy.
