ManagerItalia to develop standards of performance and associated assessment and accreditation systems for managers in Italy.
Following two years of development and piloting with Italian managers at various levels from different sectors and sizes of organisation, the standards and the online assessment tool YouManager were launched at a conference held simulatneously in Milano and Roma on 28 October 2008.
