PerformerPlus Software

In association with our sister company, Management and Performance Solutions Ltd, we have developed PerformerPlus, a web-based performance management and continuing professional development system that uses National Occupational Standards to help both organisations and individuals meet their objectives.



Workers use PerformerPlus to support their continuing development throughout the year. They agree with their managers their role profiles, ie what they have to do and the standards to which they should be working. They prioritise those areas where improvements in their performance will have most impact. They assess themselves and identify their strengths and where they need to develop their knowledge and skills, using online and traditional learning resources. Under supervision, they ensure they work to the standards and evaluate the improvements in their performance. They record the results of their development in their on-line portfolio which can be used for NVQ/SVQ assessment.

PerformerPlus monitors progress at individual, team, organisational, regional, sector and national levels and provides evaluations of the effectiveness of individual learning and development in meeting organisational goals.

PerformerPlus is not a training resource. It is a system that ensures the organisation develops a coherent set of objectives and meets these objectives through having fully competent staff at all levels. It optimises their investment in people.
