In association with the Voluntary Sector National Training Organisation, the predecessor of the UK Workforce Hub, The Management Standards Consultancy has developed standards for managing volunteers. The standards have been tested throughout the voluntary sector and have now been approved by the VSNTO Steering Group and accredited by the Education Act Regulatory Bodies. They cover

- Managing yourself, your relationships and your responibilities
- Providing support for volunteering
