This class will provide an introduction on self defense for the ladies. The morning program features non firearms training and the afternoon will focus on armed self defense.
The cost is $120 per person. This cost covers the whole day.
The Women's Courses consist of - 3 hrs morning program No guns 9 to Noon

2. Laws and Rights for self defense in Ohio
3. Practical Hands on physical techniques that any age and skill level can participate
4. Current Events
5. Package / Purse carry techniques
6. Safety while driving
7. Home safety basics
Comfortable clothing, gym shoes required, low impact type physical class ....(nobody gets thrown down )
Designed to have fun and get you thinking about your personal safety Low pressure fun atmosphere !!!
You will have an opportunity to change clothes between classes
3hrs Intro Pistol Course / Firearms for females / guns and gear options for on and off body
Required equipment for Second half of the day 1pm to 4pm
A quality semi-auto pistol or revolver (a spare is not a bad idea), a quality duty (if uniformed law enforcement) or concealment holster (hip or AIWB accepted) for same, three magazines with pouches, belt designed to support gear, 200 rounds MINIMUM, eye and ear protection, billed cap, clothing for weather conditions, water for hydration, snacks/food, a folding or camp chair, a concealing garment is not required but as you should train as you fight. Any personal gear you prefer.
Long sleeve Shirts or jackets (Please no low cut or V-style neck shirts or jackets due to unexpected spent shell casings causing issues)
No open toe shoes or excessive height heels for comfort and stability
PLEASE BRING A PEN AND PAPER FOR NOTE TAKING IN BOTH CLASSES
Equipment or gear Bag / Box for storing items between classes
Officer Bucannon is the senior trainer for the Hamilton Police Department, a SWAT Team leader, OPOTA certified trainer and a Handgun Combatives Trainer. He has been a club member for over 3 years and trains locally as well as nationally.`
